Description We are seeking a highly motivated security supervisor to join our team in the Security and Investigations industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and demonstrate a deep understanding of security protocols and procedures. As a security supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of security personnel, ensuring a safe and secure environment for our clients and customers. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of security staff members. Train new security personnel on security procedures and protocols. Conduct regular patrols to monitor and enforce security measures. Respond to security incidents and emergencies in a timely and effective manner. Maintain accurate records of security incidents and report any breaches or violations. Collaborate with management to develop and implement security policies and procedures. Monitor surveillance equipment and alarms to ensure a high level of security at all times. Requirements Proven experience as a security supervisor or similar role. Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations. Familiarity with surveillance systems and emergency response protocols. Valid security guard license or certification. Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
