- We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to support nurses and other healthcare professionals in providing quality patient care.
- The ideal candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to assist patients with daily living activities while maintaining high standards of hygiene and patient safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to the nursing team.
- Support nurses during patient care procedures and routine assessments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient care areas.
- Assist in transporting patients within the facility when required.
- Ensure patient comfort, safety, and dignity at all times.
- Maintain accurate records and follow established healthcare protocols.
Requirements
- Minimum of a relevant healthcare qualification or certification in Nursing Assistance, Health Care Assistance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting is an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and attentive to detail.
- Basic knowledge of patient care and infection control practices.
