We're looking for confident, well-presented, and customer-focused Service Hosts/Hostesses to deliver warm hospitality and create memorable experiences from the moment every guest walks through our doors.

Your Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine smile.
- Assist customers with menu selections and confidently recommend our signature cocktails, mocktails, smoothies, juices, and food items.
- Take and process customer orders accurately.
- Ensure guests receive prompt, attentive, and exceptional service.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting dining environment.
- Resolve customer enquiries courteously and professionally.
- Work closely with the bar and kitchen team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Help create a lively, premium atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Smart, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
- Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented personality.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sales and upselling skills are an added advantage.
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, cafés, lounges, or customer service is preferred but not essential.
