Role Overview
- The Staff Nurse / Midwife will provide compassionate patient care, support maternal and neonatal health services, and contribute to the hospital’s commitment to delivering safe and high‑quality healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver general nursing care and manage patient treatment plans.
- Provide specialized maternal and neonatal care, ensuring safe delivery practices.
- Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
- Uphold professional standards and comply with hospital protocols and regulatory requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- Recognized Nursing and Midwifery qualifications.
- Current practicing license.
- Minimum of 2 years post‑midwifery qualification experience in a hospital setting.
- Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: N150,000 - N250,000 monthly.
