Job Summary
- The HR Professional will manage all human resources operations for the hospital, ensuring a productive workforce and strict compliance with labour laws.

- Roster and Attendance compliance
- Leave Administration
- Policy development and enforcement
- Labour law compliance
- Employee engagement, retention and exit management.
Job Requirements
- Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources
- Strong understanding of labour laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary
N180,000 - N200,000 / month.
