Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly organized and creative Pastry Manager to oversee the daily operations of the pastry department.
- The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality pastry production, manage staff, maintain inventory, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily pastry production and operations.
- Supervise, train, and support pastry team members.
- Ensure product quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ingredient procurement.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Manage production schedules and minimize waste.
- Support sales growth through product innovation and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, HND, OND, or relevant culinary qualification.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of pastry production and food safety standards.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous pastry, bakery, or hospitality experience is an advantage.
