Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, improve efficiency, and ensure the effective delivery of services.
- The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily business operations.
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Supervise and support departmental teams.
- Monitor operational performance and prepare reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Manage resources, budgets, and operational schedules.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges promptly.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, HND, or OND in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
- Previous operations, administration, or management experience is an advantage.
