Human Resources Operations Manager

Role Summary
- We are looking to hire a Human Resources Operations Manager who will be responsiblefor overseeing all human resource functions within the retail and beauty store, ensuring efficient HR operations, compliance with labor laws, employee engagement, recruitment, performance management, and staff development to support business growth and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily HR operations and administrative activities.
- Coordinate recruitment, selection, onboarding, and orientation of new employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave management, and disciplinary processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and workplace regulations.
- Process payroll inputs, staff benefits, and employee welfare programs.
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals and goal setting.
- Develop and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Address employee grievances and foster positive employee relations.
- Identify training needs and coordinate staff development programs.
- Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics for management review.
- Collaborate with store managers to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with the company's values.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in HR operations, preferably in retail, beauty, or FMCG industries.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict - resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 / month.
