- The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the fashion brand to ensure smooth workflow, efficiency, and profitability.
- The role involves managing production processes, inventory, sales operations, customer service, logistics, and coordinating teams to ensure timely delivery of high - quality fashion products.
Responsibilities
- Manage day - to - day operations and production.
- Coordinate orders, inventory, and deliveries.
- Supervise production and support staff.
- Ensure quality control and timely delivery.
- Handle operational reports and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Experience in fashion or retail operations is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Good communication skills.
Salary
N200,000 - N300,00. / month.
