Role Overview
- We are seeking a proactive, results-driven, and customer-focusedRetail Supervisorto oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail shop.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations of the retail outlet to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Lead, coach, and motivate retail staff to achieve sales and performance targets.
- Drive customer acquisition and product sales while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Monitor and improve key retail performance indicators, including sales, activations, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure proper merchandising and product display within the retail outlet.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock reconciliations.
- Prepare and submit periodic sales, inventory, and operational reports.
- Support local marketing and community engagement activities, as well as recruitment of sales agent to drive sales
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in any related discipline.
- 2 - 4 years' experience in retail operations, sales supervision, or customer service.
- Previous experience in the renewable energy, telecommunications, FMCG, fintech, or consumer electronics industry is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
