The Opportunity

We require an experienced Salon Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of a professional barbering salon, ensuring excellent customer service, staff coordination, hygiene standards, sales growth and smooth business administration.

Your Mission

• Oversee daily salon operations and staff coordination
• Enforce hygiene, grooming and service standards
• Manage barber schedules, inventory and client bookings
• Handle customer complaints professionally
• Cash handling, basic reporting and stock control
• Drive sales, retain customers and improve service experience

Must-have Skills

• Salon/service business operations management
• Staff supervision & scheduling
• Customer service & complaint resolution
• Cash handling & basic financial reporting
• Inventory & stock control

Nice-to-have Skills

• Experience in barbering or beauty industry specifically
• Client booking system experience
• Sales & upselling techniques

The Non-Negotiables

• Not resident in Abuja
• Less than 3 years managing a customer-facing service business
