Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Multi-skilled Technicians (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, generator / diesel) to strengthen our Maintenance Trades (Hard FM) team.
- The successful candidate will deliver an excellent service, support colleagues, and contribute to continuous improvement at Enugu International Hospital.
- You will work within a multidisciplinary team serving patients across South-East Nigeria, with access to modern facilities and a clear pathway for professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a high-quality, reliable service within the Cleaning & Housekeeping function
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to achieve shared goals
- Maintain accurate records and uphold organisational standards
- Support quality improvement and process-efficiency initiatives
- Uphold health, safety, and compliance requirements at all times
- Contribute to a professional and patient-focused hospital environment.
Qualifications and Experience
- Relevant trade test / certification with M&E maintenance experience and 2+ years experience.
- Current registration with the applicable Nigerian regulatory body, where required
- Evidence of continuing professional development
- Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset.
