A reputable company is seeking a confident and customer-focused Sales Executive to manage walk-in clients at our showrooms. The ideal candidate will greet customers, understand their needs, promote studio services/products, and close sales while delivering an excellent in-studio experience. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and attend to walk-in customers professionally and warmly Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate studio services or products Close sales and ensure accurate billing and payment processing Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive studio sales area Keep records of daily sales, walk-in traffic, and customer inquiries Follow up with customers when necessary to encourage repeat business Handle customer complaints or concerns politely and escalate when required Work closely with photographers, creatives, or studio staff to ensure smooth service delivery Requirements & Qualifications: Minimum of HND / Bachelor’s degree Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service (studio, media or hospitality experience is an advantage) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to persuade and close sales confidently Smart appearance and professional attitude Basic computer skills (POS, WhatsApp, Excel, or CRM tools is a plus) Preferably a Lady, under 30 Ability to work weekends and flexible hours if required Key Skills: Customer service excellence Sales and negotiation skills Product/service knowledge Confidence and emotional intelligence Time management and attention to detail Performance Metrics: Daily and monthly sales targets Conversion rate of walk-in customers Customer satisfaction and repeat visits Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary Sales commission/bonuses Staff discounts and incentives Growth and career development opportunities
