Description
- The Customer Success Sales Specialist is responsible for acquiring new customers, nurturing existing client relationships, and ensuring customers achieve maximum value from the company's products and services.
- This role combines sales, customer relationship management, and post-sales support to drive customer satisfaction, retention, renewals, and revenue growth.
- The ideal candidate is customer-focused, target-driven, and skilled at identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell while delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers through prospecting, referrals, and outbound sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and support requests.
- Guide customers through onboarding and product/service adoption.
- Ensure customers understand the features, benefits, and value of the company's offerings.
- Monitor customer engagement and proactively address issues that may affect satisfaction or retention.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion.
- Achieve individual sales, retention, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and customer training sessions where necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Operations, Marketing, Product, and Customer Support, to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and pipeline updates using CRM systems.
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve products, services, and customer experience.
- Follow up on leads, renewals, and inactive customers to maximize business opportunities.
- Prepare periodic sales and customer success reports for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in sales, customer success, account management, or business development.
