Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a social media content strategy aligned with company goals and brand objectives.
• Create high-quality, original content, including posts, videos, reels, stories, and graphics for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and X and also edit videos
• Manage daily posting schedules and actively engage with online communities.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance using analytics tools to optimise content and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithms, and platform updates to maintain competitive visibility.
• Respond promptly and professionally to comments, enquiries, and direct messages.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience managing social media pages for brands or organisations.
• Strong skills in content creation, video editing, copywriting, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in social media and content tools such as Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of audience engagement strategies, social media trends, and analytics.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
• A portfolio or links to social media pages currently or previously managed is required.
