Content / Creative Lead

Job Summary

• The Content/Creative lead will be responsible for developing high-converting content ideas, marketing angles, campaign concepts, and creative strategies that improve ad performance and customer engagement.
• The ideal candidate understands social media trends, consumer psychology, storytelling, and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative strategies and campaign ideas for digital marketing campaigns
• Research winning content trends, competitor ads, and viral concepts
• Create content briefs and scripts for content creators and video editors
• Work closely with the media buying team to improve ad performance through creatives
• Analyze content performance metrics and optimize based on insights
• Generate fresh hooks, angles, and concepts for products and campaigns
• Ensure brand messaging is consistent across all platforms
• Coordinate with content creators to ensure quality and timely delivery of content
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for product launches and promotions
• Monitor social media trends and recommend relevant content opportunities
• Assist in planning and executing content calendars
• Review and give feedback on videos, ad copies, and creatives before publishing
• Test different creative approaches to identify winning content styles

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or related field
• Must have 2–4 years experience in content strategy, creative marketing, or social media marketing
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends
• Experience creating or managing high-performing content campaigns
• Good understanding of consumer behavior and digital marketing
• Strong communication and storytelling skills
• Ability to think creatively and analytically
• Experience in e-commerce marketing is an added advantage
