IT Support Officer
SHS, a division of Soladia Investment Nigeria Limited,
Responsibilities
- Network administration (LAN/WAN, routers, switches)
- Server management (Windows/Linux)
- System administration (Active Directory, Group Policy)
- Troubleshooting hardware/software issues
- Experience with PMS (Property Management Systems), OTA (Online Travel Agencies), and POS (Point of Sale) systems
- Collaborate with teams for project implementation
- Ensure data security and backup best practices
Requirements
- BSc / HND in Computer Science/IT or related field.
- 2 - 4 years of experience in IT, hospitality/hotel.
- Network+ / CompTIA certifications are a plus.
- Experience with PMS (IDs, or Fidelio, Opera), OTA (booking, Expedia), and POS systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
Salary
N150,000 - N180,000 monthly.
