Head of Finance

The Role
- We are seeking an experienced and strategic finance leader to oversee all financial operations, drive financial performance, ensure compliance and support business growth across all projects and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies and policies
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and best practices
- Manage cash flow, risk and internal controls
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision making
- Lead and develop the finance team to deliver high performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- ACA, ACCA, ICAN or equivalent professional qualification
- 5 to 10 years of post-qualification experience in a senior finance leadership role, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of financial management, taxation and reporting
- Excellent analytical, leadership and communication skills.
