Core Responsibilities for a Credit Officer
- Source and onboard prospective borrowers including individuals, public servants, Paramilitary, and MDAs
- Conduct field visits and community engagement to expand the client base
- Perform detailed financial assessments and background checks on loan applicants
- Evaluate repayment capacity, income streams, and credit history
- Prepare comprehensive credit appraisal reports with recommendations
- Support loan documentation, verification, and disbursement processes
Core Responsibilities for Deposit Mobilize
- Monitor deposit performance and prepare reports on targets, leads, conversions, and renewals.
- Actively recruit clients, register and maintain accounts, and promote the bank's deposit products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Design and implement strategies to attract fixed deposits, savings, and other liability products.
