• We are building Excel Health, a digital healthcare platform providing telemedicine, home care services, and continuous patient support. To support our growing operations, we are hiring 2 Clinical Admin & Patient Support Assistants to join our core operations team.
• This is a high-impact hybrid role combining patient support, admin coordination, and light clinical operational tasks.

Role Overview

• You will serve as the first point of contact for patients and the operational support system for doctors and nurses.

You will manage:

• Patient communication
• Community/forum engagement
• Home care coordination
• Administrative and clinical support tasks

Key Responsibilities
Patient Support & Communication:

• Respond to patient inquiries via WhatsApp/platform
• Handle complaints, concerns, and general service questions
• Ensure patients are guided and supported at all times

Community & Engagement Support:

• Manage and moderate the patient community/forum
• Share updates, health tips, and service information
• Ensure a safe, supportive, and engaging environment

Home Care Coordination:

• Coordinate home medication delivery and nurse visits
• Liaise with mobile nurses and clinical team
• Track service completion and patient feedback

Administrative Support:

• Maintain patient records and service logs
• Update trackers for appointments, payments, and follow-ups
• Support scheduling between patients and clinicians

Escalation Support:

• Escalate clinical concerns to nurses or doctors promptly
• Ensure urgent issues are properly flagged and followed up

who we Are Looking For
We are looking for individuals who are:

• Medical Assistants / Nursing Assistants / Healthcare support staff
• OR experienced in hospital admin, customer care, or patient coordination
• Strong communicators and emotionally intelligent
• Calm under pressure and highly organised
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and digital tools

Bonus if you have:

• Healthcare background or clinical exposure
• Experience in customer service or patient-facing roles
