Are you passionate about technology, troubleshooting, and helping users solve technical challenges? Join GAO TEK Inc. and gain practical experience in technical support, troubleshooting, IT operations, and customer-focused technology solutions within a global remote environment.
What Youll Do:
Provide basic technical support and troubleshoot user issues
Identify, document, and resolve technical problems efficiently
Assist users with software, hardware, and system-related issues
Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT tools and systems
Research technical issues and recommend appropriate solutions
Maintain accurate records of technical support requests and resolutions
Collaborate with team members to improve technical processes
Use AI and digital tools to support troubleshooting and improve efficiency
Who Can Apply:
Students or recent graduates in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
Basic understanding of IT systems, software, and troubleshooting
Comfortable working with international and remote teams
