Inventory & Bookkeeping Officer (Male)

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of inventory and stock movement.
• Monitor stock receipts, dispatches, balances, and adjustments.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with records.
• Assist with daily bookkeeping and financial record-keeping.
• Record sales, purchases, expenses, and other financial transactions.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, and relevant documentation.
• Identify and report stock discrepancies to management.
• Input and update inventory and financial information using accounting software.
• Assist with the preparation of basic financial and inventory reports.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 2-5 years experience
• Bachelor’s, HND, or ND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and inventory management.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks Accounting Software is an added advantage.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good record-keeping and organisational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Preferably male.
• Candidates residing in or around AMAC, Kubwa, Kado, Karu, Jikwoyi, or nearby areas are strongly preferred.
• Must be able to conveniently commute to the Gwarinpa work location.
