Social Media & Content Executive (Remote)

About the Role
- We are seeking a creative, story-driven Social Media & Content Executive to lead our digital presence and tell the compelling stories of our training program. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, scheduling, and managing engaging digital content across all online channels—including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
- You will focus heavily on video storytelling, producing short-form video content, student transformation case studies, and educational posts that highlight our program’s real-world value, build social proof, and directly drive candidate applications.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Video Production:
- Script, shoot, and edit high-converting short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) showcasing student transformation journeys, classroom highlights, and practical business tips.
- Conduct in-depth interviews with participants and alumni to produce inspiring video/written transformation case studies and testimonials.
- Design visual assets, carousels, infographics, and promotional graphics using Canva, Adobe Suite, or Figma.
Social Media Management & Channel Strategy:
- Manage and schedule daily content across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and X using a structured content calendar.
- Tailor tone and messaging per platform: professional thought leadership for LinkedIn, dynamic video storytelling for Instagram/TikTok, and conversational posts for X.
- Attend live workshops, pitch days, pop-ups, and graduation ceremonies to capture real-time, behind-the-scenes content.
Community Engagement & Lead Generation:
- Actively manage community interactions by replying to comments, direct messages (DMs), and candidate inquiries in a warm, brand-aligned voice.
- Include clear calls-to-action (CTAs) in content to guide engaged viewers toward application links, masterclass sign-ups, and information packs.
- Track social media performance metrics (reach, engagement rate, video completion rates, and link clicks) to continuously optimize content strategy.
Qualification and Skills
- Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in social media management, video editing, and digital content creation in Nigeria.
- Portfolio Required: A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in short-form video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or InShot), visual storytelling, and copy editing.
Benefits
- Monthly Base Pay: N200,000 gross per month
- Incentive: Transport stipends for attending live cohort sessions, pop-ups, and student interview shoots.
