Job title : Quantity Surveyor
Job Location : Abuja Deadline : June 25, 2026 Quick Recommended Links- Develop project plans, budgets, procurement strategies, and cost plans.
- Prepare BOQs, tender documents, and contract packages.
- Evaluate tenders, negotiate with subcontractors, and manage contract awards.
- Monitor project costs, valuations, variations, and final accounts.
- Oversee site activities and coordinate contractors to ensure timely project delivery.
- Track project progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation measures.
- Conduct site meetings and coordinate with consultants, clients, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, HSE regulations, and project specifications.
- Manage inspections, snagging, commissioning, and project handover documentation.
Qualifications
- B.Sc/HND in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in quantity surveying and project management on building projects.
- Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera P6, AutoCAD, CostX/WinQS, and MS Excel.
- Strong knowledge of SMM, contract law, and Nigerian building regulations.
- PMP, NIQS, or RICS certification/membership is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, commercial, and stakeholder management skills.
