Hydrotest and Pigging Supervisor

Role Summary
- The Hydrotest and Pigging Supervisor will be responsible for planning, supervising and executing hydrostatic testing and pipeline pigging operations to verify pipeline integrity, strength and cleanliness.
- The role ensures all testing activities are conducted safely, efficiently and in compliance with project specifications, industry codes (API 1110, ASME B31.4/B31.8) and requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Define test sections, calculate test pressures and confirm water sourcing/disposal arrangements.
- Supervise pipeline filling, pressurization, holding and depressurization in accordance with approved procedures
- Supervise gauging, cleaning, batching and drying pig runs before and after hydrotest.
- Confirm cleanliness and dryness levels meet acceptance criteria before handover.
- Maintain hydrotest logs, pigging reports and pressure charts.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Diploma or Degree / HND in any course with a minimum of 7 years relevant experience.
