Executive Assistant to the Principal (Creative & Digital Support)

American Christian Academy (ACA), Ibadan, is seeking a highly organized, technologically savvy, and creative Executive Assistant to the Principal to provide high-level executive, administrative, creative, and digital support.

This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing executive priorities, creating compelling digital content, leveraging technology to improve efficiency, and supporting strategic initiatives with excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Principal's calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track follow-up actions.
• Draft correspondence, reports, presentations, and other executive documents.
• Track projects, deadlines, and strategic initiatives to ensure timely completion.
• Manage digital files, electronic records, and shared workspaces.
• Design professional presentations, graphics, and visual communication materials using Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, and related tools.
• Produce and edit videos, multimedia presentations, and digital content for executive communications and school initiatives.
• Support the use of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other educational technology platforms.
• Create digital workflows, online forms, and technology solutions that improve efficiency.
• Coordinate communications and special projects on behalf of the Principal while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years' experience in executive support, office administration, communications, or a similar role.
• Demonstrated experience creating professional presentations, graphics, and digital content.
• Experience in an educational environment is an added advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and Canva.
• Experience with video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and educational technology platforms.
• Excellent organizational, communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
