Resident Cleaner (Facility Cleaner)

Key Responsibilities
Cleaning Operations:

• Sweep, mop, scrub, and polish floors.
• Dust furniture, fixtures, equipment, and surfaces.
• Vacuum carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, mirrors, and doors.
• Empty waste bins and dispose of waste in designated areas.
• Replace waste bin liners and maintain waste segregation procedures.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, washrooms, and changing rooms.
• Replenish toiletries, soap, tissue paper, hand towels, and other consumables.
• Clean kitchens, pantries, dining areas, and food preparation surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness of staircases, corridors, elevators, reception areas, offices, meeting rooms, and external walkways.

Facility Maintenance Support:

• Identify and report maintenance issues such as leaking taps, faulty lighting, broken furniture, damaged fittings, or unsafe conditions.
• Assist with room setup for meetings, events, and client activities as directed.
• Ensure cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored after use.
• Monitor cleaning materials and promptly report low stock levels.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE):

• Follow all company and client HSE policies and procedures.
• Wear assigned Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while on duty.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and according to manufacturers' instructions.
• Immediately report accidents, incidents, hazards, or unsafe practices.
• Maintain safe working practices to prevent injury or damage.

Customer Service:

• Treat clients, visitors, and colleagues courteously and professionally.
• Respond promptly to reasonable cleaning requests from supervisors or clients.
• Maintain a positive image of Instant Projects Company Limited at all times.

Compliance:

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and client site rules.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding client information and operations.
• Report to work punctually and maintain regular attendance.
• Complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines and quality standards.
