Role Summary: Drok Energy Limited is seeking a skilled and results-driven Petroleum Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing methods for extracting oil and gas, while ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement drilling, completion, and production strategies Evaluate reservoir performance and recommend optimization techniques Monitor and analyze production data to improve output and efficiency Collaborate with geologists and other engineers on field development plans Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Prepare technical reports, documentation, and project evaluations Support well testing, simulation, and reservoir management activities Identify cost-effective solutions to maximize resource recovery Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or related discipline 2–5 years relevant experience in the oil & gas industry Strong knowledge of drilling, reservoir, and production engineering Proficiency in industry software (e.g., Petrel, Eclipse, or similar tools) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Must have completed NYSC
