Job Summary
- Prestigious Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Food Manufacturing Project Manager to lead food manufacturing and product development projects for clients across multiple industries.
- The successful candidate will manage projects from product concept through commercialization, ensuring regulatory compliance, manufacturing readiness, quality standards, and timely delivery while supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead food manufacturing and product development projects from concept to market.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and client expectations.
- Coordinate product formulation, pilot production, scale-up, and commercialization.
- Ensure compliance with NAFDAC, GMP, HACCP, and other food safety standards.
- Work closely with manufacturing teams to improve production processes and product quality.
- Support proposal development, project scoping, and client engagement.
- Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- 4–6 years' experience in food manufacturing, product development, or food processing.
- Proven experience managing food products from concept to commercial production.
- Strong knowledge of NAFDAC registration, GMP, HACCP, and food manufacturing processes.
- Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Candidates must have hands-on experience working within a food manufacturing facility or food processing company.
