Executive Virtual Assistant & Project Coordinator (Remote)

Job Summary
- We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, intelligent, and resourceful Executive Virtual Assistant to work directly with the Founder of two growing businesses operating in education consulting and edtech.
- You will become the CEO's right hand, helping to manage projects, keep priorities on track, support content creation for her personal brand, assist with grant applications, conduct market research, and help execute strategic initiatives.
- The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems independently, learning quickly, and helping ambitious projects move forward.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and reminders
- Track priorities and follow up on action items
- Organize files, documents, and business records
- Prepare meeting notes and action summaries

- Liaise with key staff across two businesses
- Monitor progress of ongoing projects

Basic Video Editing & Design Support:
- Edit short-form and long-form videos and reels
- Add captions and simple graphics
- Create basic Canva designs
- Organize content assets and media libraries
Research & Special Projects:
- Conduct market research
- Competitor analysis
- Lead generation
- Vendor sourcing
- Special business projects assigned by the CEO
AI & Productivity Tools:
- Use ChatGPT and other AI tools effectively
- Assist with automation and workflow improvement
- Learn and implement new software quickly
