Onboarding Specialist

Role Overview We are searching for an empathetic and highly organized Onboarding Specialist to guide new users through their crucial first weeks on our platform. Acting as the primary human touchpoint, you will ensure a seamless setup experience, accelerate time-to-value, and set users up for long-term retention. Key Responsibilities User Guided Support: Lead users through setup processes (such as profile configuration, feature walkthroughs, or system integrations), ensuring a friction-free initial experience. Feedback Loops: Actively identify where users get "stuck" in the onboarding funnel, gathering feedback to share directly with the product and engineering teams. Resource Creation: Help build and maintain our self-serve help center documentation, video walkthroughs, and email FAQ guides to scale the onboarding process. Retention Tracking: Monitor early user activation metrics to proactively reach out to accounts showing low engagement during their trial or setup period. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Support. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to teach others how to use software. Patient, structured problem-solver who enjoys building workflows that improve user satisfaction.
