- Assist bank in developing new distribution channels.
- Acquire and manage SME clients.
- Strengthen SME lending operations and loan processing
- Monitor market development for SME loan products.
Requied Sklls & Qualifations
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance or field
- 3+ years ot banking /SME Lending experience
- Proven sales and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience in the hospitality industry will be an added advantage
