HSE Manager
MP Infrastructure
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor HSE/ESMS programs.
- Conduct audits, inspections and risk assessments.
- Lead incident investigations and corrective actions.
- Ensure regulatory compliance.
- Deliver safety training and awareness.
- Support ESG and sustainability initiatives.
- Manage emergency preparedness and reporting.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HSE experience.
- •Strong knowledge of construction/infrastructure operations.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory compliance.
Required Certifications
- NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) – Mandatory.
- Membership of ISPON (Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria) – Mandatory/Strongly Preferred.
Preferred Certifications
- ISO 45001 Lead Auditor Certification.
- ISO 14001 Lead Auditor Certification.
- IOSH Managing Safely or IOSH Membership.
- Incident Investigation / Root Cause Analysis Certification.
- Risk Assessment & Hazard Identification Training (HIRA/JSA/JHA).
- First Aid, Emergency Response and Fire Safety Certification.
- ESG / Sustainability Training.
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification (added advantage).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- NEBOSH IGC, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, ISPON Member, IOSH Membership, and 7+ years of infrastructure, construction, engineering or operational HSE experience.
