Personal Assistant (Female)

Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling and calendar activities.
- Organize meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
- Handle calls, emails, and messages on behalf of the employer.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
- Manage files, records, and confidential information.
- Handle personal errands (shopping, bookings, etc.).
- Arrange transportation, accommodation, and travel itineraries.
- Organize meeting agendas and take meeting minutes.
- Ensure urgent and important tasks are completed on time.
Requirements
- Female candidate with a Secondary School Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree.
- Proven experience in an administrative role (preferred).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask with minimal supervision.
