Job Summary
- We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Lounge Supervisor .
- The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and maintaining our high standards of quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily opening and closing procedures of the lounge, ensuring all checklists are completed.
- Manage Inventory, including ordering of food, beverages, and sundries, while maintaining strict stock control.
- Manage staff rostering, attendance, and performance, ensuring adherence to grooming and service standards.
- Assist in the training and development of new and existing team members.
- Ensure the lounge maintains a clean, well-presented, and welcoming atmosphere at all times.
- Actively interact with guests to gauge satisfaction and anticipate their needs.
- Conduct daily audits, manage shift reconciliations, and oversee cash handling procedures.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including temperature checks and food safety protocols.
Requirements
- Must be willing to attend a physical interview at Trans-Amadi, Port Harcourt.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven supervisory experience in a lounge, bar, restaurant, or high-end hospitality environment.
- A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is an added advantage.
- Strong ability to lead, delegate, and manage team dynamics effectively.
- Excellent focus on providing top-tier service and resolving guest issues with professionalism.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail.
- Understanding of budgeting, inventory control, and cost management.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 per month.
