- This role is ideal for someone with experience managing employee performance, office facilities, workplace operations, and administrative processes, and who wants to leverage those skills to build a high-performing environment.
- We are looking for an experienced and highly organized People Performance & Audit Associate to support workplace operations and maintain high standards across the organization.
- This role focuses on managing the office facility, ensuring employees comply with workplace policies and standards, overseeing the activities of cleaners and support personnel, coordinating repairs and maintenance, and conducting regular audits to ensure the office environment remains functional, organized, and conducive to high performance.
- This is an hybrid position and requires someone who is proactive, dependable, experienced, and committed to maintaining excellence across both people and the workplace environment.
