Sales Executive (Edtech)

Job Summary
- Our client is looking for sales executives to drive the adoption of our innovative school management platform by engaging primary and secondary schools across Lagos
Responsibilities
- Identify and map private and public primary and secondary schools within assigned territories.
- Conduct physical sales visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to school proprietors, principals, and administrators.
- Build strong relationships with school decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Convert prospects into clients by securing commitments and guiding schools through the onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate records of school visits, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales and onboarding targets.
- Provide regular market feedback and competitor insights.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND
- Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in Field Marketing, B2B Sales, Business Development, or a related role within the EdTech or education sector.
- Existing network of school owners, principals, or administrators is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and close deals.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in the field.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
Benfits
- Salary: N100,000 - N130,000 Per Month
- Up to N120,000 monthly commission
- Transport allowance
