Boutique Finance Manager

Job Summary
- The Boutique Finance Controller will act as the finance business partner to the Company's boutiques, providing financial oversight across sales, cash, inventory and operational controls.
- The role will serve as the key link between Head Office Finance and boutique operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily boutique sales and financial performance.
- Review cash collections, deposits and payment reconciliations.
- Reconcile sales transactions against POS and financial systems.
- Monitor boutique inventory and investigate variances.
- Review discounts, refunds, returns and adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with financial controls and procedures.
- Conduct periodic boutique audits and control reviews.
- Prepare financial and operational performance reports.
- Identify financial risks and control weaknesses.
- Partner with boutique managers to improve financial performance.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
- Ensure timely resolution of financial discrepancies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
- 6-9 years' finance experience, preferably in retail or multi-location businesses.
- Strong experience in reconciliations, controls and financial reporting.
- Strong Excel and ERP/POS knowledge.
- High integrity and attention to detail.
- Strong business-partnering and communication skills.
