Description
- Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Officer to support the company's financial operations, including accounting, invoicing, payables and receivables management, bank reconciliation, financial reporting, payroll, and general financial administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting and financial transactions.
- Prepare and process invoices and monitor accounts receivable and payable.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare financial reports and support management with financial information.
- Assist with payroll processing and related financial documentation.
- Support statutory obligations and ensure compliance with relevant financial requirements.
- Maintain proper records of financial transactions and supporting documents.
- Support general financial and administrative activities as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Competence in invoicing, receivables, payables, and bank reconciliation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant accounting tools.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
