Security Manager
Honeywell Flour Mills - Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc
Purpose
- To manage and coordinate security operations at Honeywell Flour Mills.
- Maintaining the safety of personnel, safeguarding company assets, and maintaining operational integrity and business continuity in support of the organization's long-term objectives
The Job
- Compile the company's annual security plans, strategies and work program
- Develop/refine and implement appropriate security policies, processes and procedures ensuring dissemination to all stakeholders
- Develop measures and procedures for securing business facility and premises to ensure physical safety of employees and visitors
- Develop contingency plans, emergency procedures and incident responses to manage emergency situations
- Periodically evaluate the efficacy of existing security infrastructure including CCTV, Walkie Talkie, Hand Held Metal Detectors and protocols making refinements as appropriate
- Conduct periodic audits to identify gaps in security platform and develop risk management assessment
- Oversee the continuous monitoring and protection of facilities and personnel; evaluate suspected security breaches and recommend corrective actions
Qualifications and Experience
- B.Sc. In Criminology, Security Management or any related field with 7 - 10 years' cognate experience.
- Prior experience in law enforcement or related security field is an added advantage.

- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Have good accuracy and attention to detail.
- Be proactive and a good team player
- Possess solid conflict management and resolution skills
