Maintenance Personnels

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Maintenance Personnel to join our hotel team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all hotel facilities, equipment, and systems are maintained in excellent working condition to provide a safe, comfortable, and pleasant experience for guests and staff. Key Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on hotel facilities and equipment. Repair and maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and other building systems. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and hotel departments. Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently and safely. Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to identify repair needs. Maintain maintenance records and report completed work to management. Coordinate with external contractors when specialized repairs are required. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations. Assist with renovations, installations, and improvement projects as needed. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition. Requirements Proven experience in building maintenance, facility management, or a related field. Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and HVAC systems. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Good communication and teamwork skills. Physical ability to lift equipment, climb ladders, and perform manual tasks. Technical certification or vocational training is an advantage.
