Administrator / Manager

Responsibilties
- Develop and implement hospital policies, goals, and strategic plans.
- Lead organizational growth and service improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with department heads to achieve hospital objectives.
- Support decision-making by analyzing performance and healthcare trends.
- Prepare and manage budgets.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, and financial performance.
- Approve purchases and allocate resources effectively.
- Ensure accurate billing and financial reporting.
- Manage employee performance evaluations.
- Address workplace issues, conflicts, and disciplinary matters.
- Oversee day-to-day hospital operations.
- Ensure departments function efficiently and collaboratively.
- Monitor patient flow, bed occupancy, and service delivery.
- Improve operational processes to enhance efficiency.
- Implement quality improvement programs.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and accreditation requirements.
- Monitor patient satisfaction and address complaints.
- Promote patient safety and risk management practices.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Maintain required licenses, permits, and certifications.
- Prepare for inspections and audits by regulatory authorities.
- Keep up to date with changes in healthcare policies.
- Oversee maintenance of hospital buildings and equipment.
- Ensure adequate medical supplies and inventory levels.
- Coordinate procurement and vendor relationships.
- Manage facility security and emergency preparedness plans.
- Serve as a liaison between hospital leadership, staff, patients, and external organizations.
- Coordinate with government agencies, insurers, and healthcare partners.
- Represent the hospital at meetings, conferences, and community events.
- Manage public relations and community outreach activities.
- Oversee hospital information systems and record management.
- Analyze operational and clinical data for decision-making.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and data security.
- Prepare reports for executives, boards, and regulators.
Salary
N350,000 monthly.
