- We are seeking an experienced HR Consultant to support the restructuring and strengthening of the HR function of a well-established multi-location healthcare organization in Lagos.
Assignment Overview
- The Consultant will lead a 6-month HR restructuring project aimed at establishing a sustainable HR framework, strengthening governance systems, developing core HR policies and processes, and supporting the recruitment and onboarding of an HR Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct an HR audit and organizational assessment
- Design an appropriate HR structure and reporting framework
- Develop core HR policies, procedures, and documentation
- Support the recruitment and selection of an HR Manager
- Provide onboarding, mentorship, and transition support
- Produce key project deliverables and implementation reports.
Requirements
- Master`s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related fields
- 7 -10 years' progressive HR experience
- Demonstrated experience in HR restructuring, organizational development, or HR systems design
- Strong policy development and documentation skills
- Experience supporting leadership teams and organizational change initiatives
- Healthcare sector experience is an added advantage.
