HR Officer (Entry-Level | Contract Role)

Job Summary
- Are you an intelligent, proactive, and detail-oriented HR professional looking to build your career?
- We're looking for a smart and highly organized Entry-Level HR Officer who is confident using Microsoft Excel and eager to gain hands-on experience across core HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate HR records and employee data.
- Prepare HR reports and analyse data using Excel.
- Assist with documentation, employee lifecycle processes, and general HR administration.
- Provide support on HR projects and other assigned responsibilities.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (this is a key requirement).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
- N150,000 monthly.
- Other Benefit: Staff bus, Pensions, Leave Allowance and 13th month.
