Head of Sales - Bridgemead AdvisoryJob Title: Head of Sales (Microfinance)Industry: MicrofinanceDepartment: Business DevelopmentReports To: Managing Director Employment: Full TimeLocation: Lagos StateSalary: 1.2m - 1.5m Net.Job Summary:This position will be responsible for scaling our retail and corporate B2C and B2B products/services as well as provide market insight for the development of new banking products. The candidate would also be responsible for driving the bank business budget. The candidate must have acumen for strategy formulation and implementation, with proven experience of growing a business to scale.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for CASA and Term deposit mobilization and market rate.Strong risk asset creation network with focus on SME segment (Structured and unstructured).Focus on Scaling the bank retail and corporate business (Payroll lending, Purchase Order Financing, Asset Finance, Payment &Collection solutions, B2B & B2C, Digital App usage) to ensure the bank gets return on investment.Develop a growth strategy for partnerships with organizations and agencies that ensure the optimum usage of the bank services.Identify new opportunities in the market and work with the team to create a market￾fit product.Commercialize the bank products and services with the aim of creating awareness and usage of the product.Deepen relationships with existing partnerships and identify new opportunities for engagement and supporting partner needs.Identify new partnership segment and new products that help scale the bank servicesDevelop financial projection model for each product and work with the various Business team to achieve the budget for each product and services.Organize/attend event to showcase the bank product and servicesPosition the bank among the top 20 MFB in the industry.Responsible for the attainment of the bank business and profitability budget.Represent the MD at strategic and marketing calls.Perform other task as delegated by the MD.QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCEMinimum of10 -15years’ experience in roles that include: Sales, Business Development, Growth and Partnership management, Strategy, Relationship Management, Portfolio Management, Go-to-market.Strong client relationship management skillsMarket research, strategy and business reportingSuperior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skillsExperience preparing executive/board- level reports.
