Head of Administration

Olukoni Educational Consultants is recruiting a Head of Administration for a leading international school in Ilorin, Kwara State. This is a residential position for a vastly experienced female candidate, with single-person accommodation provided on the school premises and a driver available for commute when needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the school
• Coordinate front-office, admissions, and parent/guardian communications
• Manage procurement, vendor relationships, and school inventory
• Support the school's leadership team with logistics for events, meetings, and examinations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Education Management, or a related field.
• Strong organisational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and school management/administrative software.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
• Female candidates only (due to the residential nature of the role and accommodation arrangements).
