Olukoni Educational Consultants is recruiting a Vice Principal for a school delivering international curricula in Ilorin, Kwara State. This is a senior leadership role for an experienced educator ready to drive academic excellence and curriculum development.
Responsibilities
- Drive the development, implementation, and review of international curriculum
- Oversee internal and external examinations (IGCSE & WASSCE)
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate academic staff
- Design and execute high-impact Continuous Professional Development (CPD) programmes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field (highly preferred)
- Valid teaching qualification, credential, or professional certification (e.g., PGCE, PGDE, B.Ed, TRCN)
- 5–10 years of educational experience, including at least 2 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Vice Principal, Head of Department, Coordinator)
- Proven track record within international curricula such as Cambridge, IB, or equivalent frameworks
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
