- We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team.
- The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be computer literate, and possess strong problem-solving abilities to deliver outstanding customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM software.
- Update and manage customer data in spreadsheets.
- Follow up on customer requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction.
- Prepare customer service reports when required.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: OND / HND / B.Sc. in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Customer Service Representative.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and spreadsheet management.
- Computer literate with good knowledge of common office applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong command of the English language and good linguistic skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
