Job Summary
- We are seeking a responsible and experienced Customer Service Representative to assist clients with inquiries about properties and company services, maintain accurate customer records, handle complaints professionally, and deliver excellent customer support.
Job Description
- Welcome and assist clients in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Respond to customer inquiries about properties, pricing, and company services.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the company’s database.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and maintain positive client relationships
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and professionally presented.
Requirements
- ND, HND, B.Sc., or B.A. in any relevant discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Experience, Front Desk, or Hospitality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
- Friendly, professional, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 per month.
