Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of public sector products, features, and benefits.
- Assist prospect in the successful completion of loan applications and details of required documentation e.g., KYC requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. ● Ensure all sales activities comply with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Accurately complete and maintain all required documentation and records.
- Assist in the audit and review of sales processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service selling to state government employees.
- Proven experience in lead generation and customer engagement.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary
N280,000 / month
